Service Description

A 50-60 minute session to gather information, explain how Solution Focused Hypnotherapy can help you and work out the best treatment plan for your needs. This is an informal and interactive session including explanations on the brain in relation to anxiety and any issues you might be experiencing. At this session, you will receive a download to my Hypnotherapy Relaxation track and if appropriate I will give you some useful NLP and relaxation techniques that you can start to use immediately to help ease symptoms.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or rearrange an appointment, please allow 24hrs. Half fees may be applied on repeated cancellations or cancellations within 24hrs.
